Billing adjustments and refund guidelines

1. Standard subscription charges
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming cycle. Charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started unless required by law.
2. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support within 14 days of the charge. Verified billing errors are corrected with a refund or account credit.
3. Cancellation timing
Cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically generate refunds for the active billing period. Access remains available through the paid term.
4. Refund method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and generally appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
